Our Trade Area serves the Financial
Needs of Customers within Three Counties.
The trade area of Carmine State Banks consists
of a 15 (Fifteen) mile radius of Carmine, Texas. The trade area
includes Northeastern Fayette County, Southeastern Lee County and Southwestern Washington County. Exceptions to qualifying
for lending outside of the trade are consist of the following:

Having qualified previously as a resident
within the trade area (Example: customers who have relocated due to employment)

Customers who grew up in the trade area,
but have relocated (Example: children of customers within the trade area

Customers having an established banking
relationship, but residing outside the trade are.

Loans that are cosigned or guaranteed by
established customers residing within the trade area.

Assumptions of loans and discounts by
qualified borrowers who assume loans from borrowers who originated the loans while within the trade area.
