Periodically we upgrade our computer system, as technology changes, to better serve our customers.  While our Internet Banking system has always been safe, we have added an additional layer of security.  This upgrade will provide greater protection against threats, such as fraudulent attacks and identity theft.

The upgrade has resulted in login procedures.  Information about the new login procedures is available by clicking here (requires Adobe Reader).

For existing users, the security upgrade does NOT require you to create any new or additional passwords.  The Internet Banking system will use a unique image or picture.  You will create a description of the image, known as a phrase, only known by you. The image and phrase will be displayed each time you login and will help us validate it is truly you.  The new system may also ask you challenge questions, as needed.

The security of our customer information and Internet Banking system is of great importance to us.  We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this upgrade.  We hope you will continue to use our free and secure Internet Banking system.

As always, if you have any questions we are only a phone call away at (979) 278-3244 or toll free (800) 720-1441.
