Mobile Banking Frequently Asked Qustions

How do I download the Carmine State Bank Mobile Banking App?
iPhone users can download from the App Store and will need a valid iTunes account.  Android device users can download the app from Google Play. 
Once the App is downloaded, sign into Mobile Banking using your existing Internet Banking User name and password.

How do I sign up for Mobile Banking?
It is not necessary to sign up for mobile banking. You do have to be enrolled in Internet Banking, however. If you are not enrolled in internet banking, please visit the bank or download the Internet Banking application from our website.

Is Carmine State Bank Mobile Banking safe and secure?
Yes. Mobile Banking uses the same security features available on Internet Banking. And, no account information is stored on your mobile device.

Why am I receiving an error message when signing into Mobile Banking?
Try to log into Internet Banking using a PC or laptop. It is possible your password may have expired. As a security feature, password changes can only be completed on Internet Banking using a PC.

Should I Log Out of the Mobile Banking App when finished?
You can Log Out of Mobile Banking by pressing “More,” located the bottom of the app. An option will be available to “Log Out.” As a security feature, the app will automatically log out after inactivity.

Can I make a loan payment from my account on the app?
Yes, you can make your loan payments from your Carmine State Bank deposit accounts on mobile banking. However, the payment will be applied as a regular payment with interest paid and the remainder to principal. If you prefer to designate your loan payment as “principal only” or “interest only” this payment will need to be completed on Internet Banking.

Are there certain tasks I cannot complete in Mobile Banking?
Yes, there are certain tasks you can not do on mobile banking, including:
• Password Changes
• Changing of Security Questions
• Manage or Delete Recurring/Pending Transfers
• Designated loan payments to interest only or principal only
• Bank Mail
• Reminders & Alerts
All of these tasks can be completed on Internet Banking using a PC.

What if I lost my phone?

We recommend you notify your wireless phone provider. It is unlikely that someone could access your banking accounts unless they also know your Internet Banking user name and password. You can disable mobile banking on the lost device by signing into Internet Banking on a PC or laptop. Once on Internet Banking go to Services > Mobiliti > Manage Devices.

Can I deposit a check using the app?
At this time Mobile Check deposit is not available. If you are interested in mobile check deposit, please let us know.
